At the moment you can pay with a credit card via PayPal (you
do not need a PayPal account to do this), direct cash transfer via PayPal and
direct bank deposit. If you choose direct bank deposit, we will email you
details once you have checked out. All items will be shipped once payment has
cleared and is visible in our account. Please note that we DO NOT accept Western Union type transfers at all.
What are your
shipping charges?
We offer free postage within Australia to all orders over $75.
All other orders are charged at a flat rate of $9.00 per
order and are sent via Express Post.
Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically on
checkout.
Can I pick my items
up?
We are located in Woonona NSW, if you are in the local area,
we can organise for you to pick your items up. For all other locations, we will
post your items via Australia Post.
Do you post
internationally?
Currently we only post to locations within Australia. We
hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future.
How long will my
order take?
If you are buying a stock item from the website, your item
will be wrapped, packed and shipped within 24 hours of payment. If this is
going to change, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
All of our items are posted via Australia Post. Express post
items take between 1 and 4 business days to arrive in Australia.
If you are ordering a custom made piece, we will discuss
timelines with you. Depending on availability of components, and detail, these
can be done quite quickly or may take up to a few weeks. Rest assured that we
will communicate with you from concept to completion.
